If what you resist persists, then you certainly don’t want to resist your “negative” thoughts. In fact, when you do that by jumping to a “positive” thought (which you don’t resist) the positive thought “disappears” (because you didn’t resist it) and you’re back at the negative thought (which you resist, so it stays.) So the result of “trying” to stay with a “positive” thought seems to be that it keeps being replaced by a “negative” thought.
Today, “try” to stay with the “negative” thought and see what happens.
And have a SENSATIONAL day.
